Webinar: Breaking Barriers to Pave Pathways for Asian Mental Well-Being

As our culture, values, and beliefs shape the unique individuals we are, we may find ourselves encountering these aspects of our identity to function as barriers against our mental well-being. Oftentimes, these barriers may prevent us from addressing, discussing, identifying, and, ultimately, accessing mental health resources. “Breaking Barriers to Pave Pathways for Asian Mental Well-Being” is a webinar held for the sole purpose of mental health well-being in the Asian community to be holistically seen, heard, and recognized. This webinar provides a safe and welcoming space for all identities to explore what mental health can look like in the Asian community while providing resources to break down barriers unique to this community.
