Mental Talk: Let’s Talk About Mental Health – College Edition! [YouTube Live]

Join Step Up For Mental Health® on YouTube Live for an hour of Mental Talk! Ethan will be doing a one-hour live stream talking about stress, anxiety, and depression regarding students in college. Within the hour, Ethan will be going into detail about how to see the signs of mental health as well as tips and ways of coping. He will also share his own personal experience with managing these issues. At the end of the hour, Ethan will let viewers ask questions relating to the topics where he can talk about them.

The live stream is a project done by Ethan Lagman, our intern and a student of Loyola University Chicago. This live stream will include topics such as anxiety, stress, and depression as well as tips and knowledge about these subjects.
