Interactive Experience and Relaxation

Are you stressed about life or being at home? Do you need time at the end of the day to calm down and de-stress? Mediation is an excellent way to feel mentally healthier and more prepared. Join Step Up For Mental Health and Sheva who will lead the workshop for a 15-minute session of meditation to focus and calm the mind.

We use Google Meet and can hold 250 people. Best experience using Google Chrome Browser. Check your computer audio before workshop times for the best results.
