Workshop: Learn and Practice American Sign Language (ASL)

Taking a break from stress and learn something new! Join us as we learn, brush up, and peer-led a class in sign language! If you want to learn your ABC’s or are a seasoned ASL interpreter, help us study a second language as we navigate social distancing! Let’s support one other by stepping into a new culture and learn to talk to someone in the deaf community — while social connecting during physical distancing!

Stress and anxiety can touch us all in small-large ways! Join us for this weekly event for fun and learning.

Step Up For Mental Health Provides Peer Support and Training

Connect with our on-demand and live online webinars Step Up Peer Training classes, created to help adult learners advance their skills in a fun and educational way. Topics will range from Technology, Finance, Career Prep, and Mindfulness & Meditation. This is a part of our Step Up Assistance Program and supporting community. Learn more about our webinars and workshop events.
