This Webinar will talk about different emotions that children experience and what those emotions may feel like. We will discuss what each emotion means and ways to express those emotions through actions, words, and expressions. There will also be activities that will be recommended for when emotions get overwhelming and one needs time to debrief. This webinar is welcome to the whole family!

Mental health touches a variety of groups and backgrounds. Our goal is to make life easier for all individuals and families dealing with mental health issues during stress and crisis during our COVID-19 times of Social Distancing.
We use Google Meet and can hold 150 people but most likely meetings will be between 5-25 people. Best experience using Google Chrome Browser. Check your computer audio before workshop times for the best results.
