Mental Talk – Peer Support Group: Mental Health Stigmas in Latinx community

Join us to discuss the stigmas surrounding mental health within the Latinx community and the impact that it has on those who struggle with a mental illness. Let’s talk about what the stigmas are and what are some ways in which we can break them.

About Mental Talk: Good Mental Health is all about talking, sharing, and listening to one another. What better way to share life experiences in a supportive peer and topic lead group. Topics will range from work, family, caregivers and life balance, meditation, chronic pain, self-care, stress, racism (Transgenerational Trauma) depression, and more. Mental Talk is for someone who believes peer mental health support is important. This group is open, honest, and willing to share in a supportive environment. No judgment. Always kindness.
