Mental Health First Awareness Training (Free)

Step Up For Mental Health has partnered with The Kennedy Forum at the Dorchester Art Housing Collaborative, Rebuild Foundation in the Chatham, Avalon Park neighborhood. These trainings lessen stigma, increase the ability to identify mental health and substance use challenges, helps someone intervene in emergency and non-emergency mental health challenges, and provides information about how, when, and where to access local resources for communities and caregivers and families living with mental health challenges. 

Great also for psychology students, persons working with families living with poverty or other marginalized groups.
